"95% of the auditions we do today are from our home studios - that's awful because there's no direction, there's no feedback. It's so refreshing to audition for Judy because she knows how to direct the actors and get the best reads from them, she has insight as to what the producers want, and lastly reading for Judy gives the actors a chance to let go and sound natural as opposed to reading in complete isolation."
